Patient Family Advisory Council

The Jordan Hospital Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a Council of patients, family members, and staff of Jordan Hospital. The PFAC is part of our process to improve the care and services that patients and families receive both as inpatients and outpatients. The work of the Council ensures that the patient and family perspective is considered when developing and implementing programs and policies.
