From all Points North & South: Take Route 3-South to exit #9-Kingston / North Plymouth. Take a left at the end of the exit ramp onto route 3A. Follow route 3A for approximately 1-½ miles until you reach your first set of lights. Take a left at the set of lights and enter Cordage Commerce Center. Bear right immediately and follow the parkway to the end of the pond. At the end of the pond take your first left into the parking area. Located immediately in front of this parking area is a brick building in which the new Jordan Rehabilitation Center is located. To access the new Jordan Rehabilitation Center use the entrance located furthest to the left of the building.  Telephone: 508-830-2182
