Description   This education program meets monthly for two-hour sessions at the Diabetes Education Center, 36 Cordage Park Circle, Suite 314, in Plymouth. It is offered each month both during the day and in the evening. Emphasis is placed on helping adults to understand and live with diabetes; both type 1 and type 2. A Physician’s referral is required to participate in the program.
