Description   This four-week series (offered on Mondays) and six-week series (offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays) covers exercising and body awareness, breathing and relaxation techniques to prepare for labor, and options for labor and delivery. Classes should be started about eight weeks before due date and are offered at Jordan Hospital, Plymouth, and the Jordan Medical Building, located at 441 Route 130 in Sandwich.
