Compliance and Privacy
The Compliance & Privacy Department exists to ensure that Jordan Health System, Inc., and its Affiliates (eg- Jordan Hospital, the Jordan Community Accountable Care Organization (“JCACO”) and Jordan Physician Associates (“JPA”) remain in compliance with:
• Federal and State laws, statutes, rules and regulations
• Insurance company rules and regulations and
• Organizational policies and procedures
Anyone who has a concern regarding actual or suspected wrongdoing is encouraged to report it immediately. Examples include but are not limited to, Fraud, Waste, or Abuse, the filing of false claims, unethical behavior or privacy or data breach). Knowing of a violation and failing to report it may result in an individual being held party to a claim.
